This website is operated by 江西锐驰科技实业有限公司 (Jiangxi Ruichi Technology Industrial Co., Ltd.), trading as REACH FORGED ("we", "us"). By browsing this site, requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Products and specifications

We manufacture forged aluminium wheels to order. Dimensions, finishes and designs shown on this site are examples of what we build; the specification that applies to your order is the one confirmed in writing and on the drawing you approve.

Custom orders and drawings

Before production we confirm fitment for your vehicle and send a CAD drawing for approval. Production does not begin until you approve that drawing. The approved drawing is the reference for what we manufacture; please check it carefully, including diameter, width (J), offset (ET), colour, design, PCD and centre bore.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Totals, shipping and any applicable delivery terms are confirmed in the written quote for your order before payment. We may correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

Lead times

Production lead times are set out in our Shipping Policy and are counted from the day after drawing approval. Transit time is additional.

Returns, defects and warranty

Custom orders are not refundable once production has started. Claims for damage or manufacturing defect are handled as described in our Refund Policy. Wheels are covered by a three-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects; the warranty does not cover damage from impact, road hazards, misuse, incorrect installation, or modification of the wheel after delivery.

Intellectual property

Our designs, drawings, photographs and text on this site belong to us. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. A design we create for you remains our design; the wheel built from it is yours.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for the wheels we manufacture meeting the specification you approved. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use of a vehicle, to the extent permitted by law.

How we handle the information you give us is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
