Shipping policy

Production lead times

We do not hold finished wheels in stock. Every set is machined to your vehicle, so production begins only after you approve the final drawing.

Production lead times are counted from the day after you approve the final drawing:

- Monobloc (1-piece) — 15–20 days
- 2-piece — 45 days
- 3-piece — 55 days

These are production times only. Transit time is additional and depends on your destination and the shipping service quoted for your order.

Before production

We confirm fitment against your vehicle in writing and send a CAD drawing for your approval. Nothing is cut or machined until you have confirmed that drawing.

Dispatch and tracking

Each wheel is inspected before it is packed. When your order leaves our factory we send you the tracking details for the shipment, so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery terms and cost

Shipping cost and delivery terms are confirmed in the written quote for your order, before you pay. If anything about the delivery is not clear at that stage, ask us before you confirm.

Changing the delivery address

Tell us as early as possible. We can normally change the address before the shipment is dispatched; once it is in transit, changes depend on the carrier.

Customs

Shipments leaving China may be subject to customs procedures in the destination country. Any requirement specific to your country is confirmed with you in the quote before dispatch.
