About REACH FORGED
We machine forged wheels, one set at a time.
REACH FORGED is the wheel brand of Jiangxi Ruichi Technology Industrial Co., Ltd. Our workshop is in Fuzhou, Jiangxi, where we machine 6061-T6 forged aluminium wheels for cars, SUVs and trucks — monobloc, two-piece and three-piece.
What we make
All three structures are cut from 6061-T6 forged aluminium, then finished and inspected in the same workshop.
Monobloc
One billet, one wheel. The lightest option and the tightest tolerance — typically 15–20 days.
Two-piece
A forged centre joined to a spun rim barrel. Lets us build a wider lip than a monobloc allows — around 45 days.
Three-piece
Forged centre with stepped lips, for deep-dish and aggressive offsets. The longest build — around 55 days.
How a set is made
Nothing is cut until you approve the drawing. That single rule is why a set fits on the first attempt.
- Fitment confirmed. You send the car and the sizes you want. PCD and centre bore are fixed to the vehicle; diameter, width (J), offset (ET), colour and design are yours.
- Drawing approved. We send a CAD drawing. Production starts only after you confirm it — nothing is machined before that point.
- Forged and machined. The billet is forged, then cut on one of the 100 CNC centres, then hand-finished and checked against the drawing.
- Inspected and shipped. Every wheel is checked before it is packed, and shipped with tracking to your door.
