Custom orders

Every REACH FORGED wheel is machined to a specification confirmed in writing before production begins — diameter, width (J), offset (ET), colour and design. Because of this, custom orders are not refundable and not returnable once the drawing has been approved and production has started. PCD and centre bore are fixed to your vehicle and are not part of the customisation.

If something is wrong with the wheel

If a wheel arrives damaged, or you believe it has a manufacturing defect, contact us before the wheel is mounted. Send photographs and a short video to our team; our engineers review the evidence and confirm what happened. We will then agree the resolution with you in writing — repair, replacement or partial refund — before anything is shipped back to us.

Please do not fit a tyre to, mount or drive on a wheel you believe to be defective. Once a wheel has been mounted and used, we can no longer establish whether a fault was present when it left our factory.

Wrong specification or shipping damage

If what arrived does not match the drawing you approved, or arrived damaged in transit, send us photographs and video and keep the original packaging. We will confirm the correct resolution with you in writing.

Cancelling an order

Before you approve the final drawing, no material has been cut, so a cancellation can normally be arranged at no cost. Once the drawing is approved, aluminium is cut and machining begins, and the order can no longer be cancelled.

How to start a claim

Message the team member who handled your order on WhatsApp, or email us. Include your order number, the specification you approved, clear photographs of the wheel and, where it helps, a short video.
