Forged off-road wheels, built to your spec
These Reach Forged wheels are a forged monoblock made for the Land Rover Defender, finished in a deep gunmetal grey. The face carries five Y-spokes with a star-cut profile, so the wheel looks light and open while staying stiff where the load goes. Each wheel is cut from a single 6061-T6 forging, which keeps the metal dense through the spokes and the barrel, and every set is made to the width and offset you ask for, with fitment confirmed before anything is cut.
Sizes, fitment and compatibility
Diameters run from 17 inch to 24 inch, with widths of 9J and 10.5J and offsets from ET30 to ET38. Bolt pattern is 5x130, which suits the Defender hub and brake packages, and staggered fitment is available for a wider rear. If you run a lift, a roof rack and bigger tyres, send your model, year, lift height and brake setup and we confirm the offset, hub bore and tyre size before production.

Material and finish process
Each wheel starts as a forged 6061-T6 aluminum blank. Forging aligns the grain of the metal, giving a higher strength-to-weight ratio than a cast wheel, which matters when a Defender is loaded for a trip and running rough ground. The blank is then machined on five-axis CNC equipment to your width and offset and hand finished. Every set is inspected and DOT load tested before packing.

Because each set is built to your spec, production takes 15-20 working days after artwork approval. We ship worldwide and provide tracking as soon as your wheels leave the factory.
