Two-piece forged wheels, built to your spec
These Reach Forged wheels are a two-piece forged set made for the BMW M3, finished in a high-polish silver. The centre is cut from a 6061-T6 forging and the barrel is formed separately, then the two are joined with a visible ring of bolts, so you get a classic retro five-spoke face with a deep polished lip rather than a modern flat design. Forging keeps the metal dense through the spokes and the barrel, which is what keeps the wheel stiff and the unsprung mass low, and every set is made to the width and offset you ask for.
Sizes, fitment and compatibility
Diameters run from 17 inch to 22 inch, with widths from 7.5J to 12J and offsets from ET18 to ET42 for a flush, aggressive stance. Bolt pattern is 5x112, and staggered fitment is available for a wider rear, which suits the BMW M3 hub and brake packages. Material and finish process
Each wheel starts as a forged 6061-T6 aluminum blank. Forging aligns the grain of the metal, giving a higher strength-to-weight ratio than a cast wheel, and the two-piece build lets the barrel and the centre be finished separately for a sharper lip. The parts are machined on five-axis CNC equipment to your width and offset, hand polished, then assembled and sealed. Every set is inspected and DOT load tested before packing.
