rf-per-5-split-porsche-911-wheels
Reach Forged Porsche 911 Two-Piece Forged Wheels – 17-22" 5x130 Blue Split 5-Spoke Rims

Two-piece forged wheels, built to your spec

These Reach Forged wheels are a two-piece forged set made for the Porsche 911, finished in a blue face with a polished silver lip. The centre is cut from a 6061-T6 forging and the barrel is formed separately, then the two are joined with a ring of bolts, so you get a stepped-lip look with a split five-spoke face. Forging keeps the metal dense through the spokes and the barrel, which is what keeps unsprung mass low on a rear-engined sports car, and every set is made to the width and offset you ask for.

Sizes, fitment and compatibility

Diameters run from 17 inch to 22 inch, with widths from 7.5J to 12J and offsets from ET18 to ET42 for a flush, aggressive stance. Bolt pattern is 5x130, and staggered fitment is available for a wider rear, which suits the 911 hub and brake packages. Send your model, year and brake package and we confirm the offset, hub bore and tyre size before production.

Why choose these forged wheels

Launch offer: $100 off orders over $1,000 — limited to the first 30 customers each month.

Free CAD render within 48 hours: approve a preview before the wheel is cut.

Two-piece forged construction in 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum with a bolted outer lip.

Split five-spoke face with a blue finish and a polished lip.

Custom PCD, offset, width and finish for sports cars and luxury SUVs.

Specifications

Construction

Two-piece forged, bolted lip

Material

6061-T6 aerospace aluminum alloy

Design

Split five-spoke, deep concave

Finish

Blue with polished lip; other colors available

Diameter

17" to 22"

Width

7.5J to 12J

Offset

ET18 to ET42

Bolt pattern

5x130

Warranty

3 years structural

Material and finish process

Each wheel starts as a forged 6061-T6 aluminum blank. Forging aligns the grain of the metal, giving a higher strength-to-weight ratio than a cast wheel, and the two-piece build lets the barrel and the centre be finished separately for a sharper lip. The parts are machined on five-axis CNC equipment to your width and offset, hand finished, then assembled and sealed. Every set is inspected and DOT load tested before packing.

Order lead time and shipping

Because each set is built to your spec, production takes 15-20 working days after artwork approval.
