Forged turbofan wheels, built to your spec
These Reach Forged wheels use a turbofan face, a nearly closed disc ringed with slots that harks back to the aero wheels of the eighties, finished in a brushed silver. Each wheel is cut from a single 6061-T6 forging, so the metal stays dense through the disc and the barrel, which is what keeps unsprung mass low on a heavy performance car. Every set is made to the width and offset you ask for, with fitment confirmed before anything is cut.
Sizes, fitment and compatibility
Diameters run from 17 inch to 24 inch, with widths of 9J and 10.5J and offsets from ET30 to ET38 for a flush, factory-plus stance. Bolt pattern is 5x112, which covers the Mercedes-AMG and BMW M fitments directly; some Audi RS models also use 5x112 while others differ, so send your model, year and brake package and we confirm the offset, hub bore and tyre size before production. Staggered fitment is available for a wider rear.

Material and finish process
Each wheel starts as a forged 6061-T6 aluminum blank. Forging aligns the grain of the metal, giving a higher strength-to-weight ratio than a cast wheel, which matters on a car that is expected to hold its line at speed. The blank is then machined on five-axis CNC equipment to your width and offset and hand finished. The brushed finish resists brake dust and heat cycling, and every set is inspected and DOT load tested before packing.

Because each set is built to your spec, production takes 15-20 working days after artwork approval. We ship worldwide and provide tracking as soon as your wheels leave the factory.
