Forged Tesla Model S wheels, built to your spec
REACH FORGED builds these monoblock wheels for Tesla Model S and Model S Plaid owners who want lighter, stronger wheels with fitment confirmed before production. Each wheel is forged from 6061-T6 aviation-grade aluminum and machined on five-axis CNC equipment.
Sizes, fitment and compatibility
Confirm three numbers before you order: bolt pattern, offset and diameter. These keep the wheel clear of the fender liner and the brake caliper.

Material and finish process
Each wheel is shaped from 6061-T6 aluminum billet under a 10,000-ton hydraulic press. Forging aligns the grain and reduces internal porosity, so the wheel handles impact and fatigue better than a cast one. Five-axis CNC machining then sets the spoke profile, bolt circle and center bore.
Optional finishes and machining are quoted at inquiry: polished or brushed faces, chrome plating, two-tone, milled face, hollow spokes and milled logo.
Order lead time and shipping
Production runs 20-25 working days after you confirm all specifications. Design previews are ready in 3 days. Freight is quoted by weight for your destination before dispatch. A 3-year structural warranty covers the wheel structure.
