Forged off-road wheels, built to your spec
These Reach Forged wheels are a forged monoblock made for the Land Rover Range Rover family, finished in a dark bronze. Each wheel is cut from a single 6061-T6 forging, so the metal stays dense through the multi-spoke mesh face and the barrel, which is what keeps the wheel light and stiff on a heavy SUV. The face is a deep concave mesh design with a polished rim edge and a flush fitment, and every set is made to the width and offset you ask for, with fitment confirmed before anything is cut.
Sizes, fitment and compatibility
Diameters run from 17 inch to 24 inch, with widths of 9J and 10.5J and offsets from ET30 to ET38 for a flush, factory-plus stance. Bolt pattern is 5x130, which fits the Range Rover Sport, Range Rover, Discovery and Defender, and staggered fitment is available for a wider rear. Send your model, year and brake package and we confirm the offset, hub bore and tyre size before production.

Material and finish process
Each wheel starts as a forged 6061-T6 aluminum blank. Forging aligns the grain of the metal, giving a higher strength-to-weight ratio than a cast wheel, which matters on a two-and-a-half-tonne SUV. The blank is then machined on five-axis CNC equipment to your width and offset and hand finished. The dark bronze finish resists brake dust and road salt, and every set is inspected before packing.

Because each set is built to your spec, production takes 15-20 working days after artwork approval. We ship worldwide and provide tracking as soon as your wheels leave the factory.
