Forged off-road wheels, built to your spec
These Reach Forged wheels are a two-piece forged assembly built for full-size off-road pickups, finished in a gunmetal-bronze mesh face with a beadlock-style outer ring. The face is a forged 6061-T6 aluminum centre bolted to a separate rim, so the outer lip can be repaired or re-finished without replacing the whole wheel. Every set is made to the width and offset you specify, and fitment is confirmed before anything is cut.
Sizes, fitment and compatibility
These wheels use the 6x135 bolt pattern for the Ford F-150 Raptor. Diameters run from 18 inch to 24 inch, with widths from 8J to 12.5J and offsets from ET-38 to ET30 for the deep-dish look off-road builds run. We also build other popular patterns, including 5x127, 6x139.7, 5x150 and 6x114.3, for trucks such as the Ford Bronco and F-150, Toyota Tacoma, Tundra and Land Cruiser, Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator, Dodge Ram 1500, and Rivian R1T and R1S. Material and finish process
Each wheel starts as a forged 6061-T6 aluminum blank. Forging aligns the grain of the metal, giving a higher strength-to-weight ratio than a cast wheel, which matters when a heavy truck is loaded on rough ground. The centre is CNC machined on a five-axis mill to your width and offset, then bolted to a machined rim and hand finished. The finish resists brake dust, road salt and trail grit. Every set is inspected before packing.

Because each set is built to your spec, production takes 15-20 working days after artwork approval. We ship worldwide and provide tracking as soon as your wheels leave the factory. Q: Will these fit my Ford F-150 Raptor?
A: Yes — 6x135 with hub-centric fitment for the F-150 and Raptor, and we confirm offset and hub bore for your model, year and lift before production.
Q: What does two-piece mean for me?
A: The forged centre and the rim are separate parts bolted together, so a damaged outer lip can be replaced instead of the whole wheel.
Q: Can I run a negative offset?
A: Yes. Offsets from ET-38 to ET30 are available, and we will confirm brake and suspension clearance with you.
Q: Do you include valve stems or tire pressure sensors?
